Forgiveness

This is Ashtar, with a meditation on forgiveness. The worst thing a man and woman can free him/herself of is guilt. Guilt preventing you to live in the now, to fully be in the now with love for yourself, so you can give this love freely to others. Guilt prevents you to do this. Guilt and shame prevent you to retrace your steps to love. Forgiveness is more about yourself then about another.

First the instant forgiveness:
When you feel that guilt, feeling sorry, shame for your own behavior is preventing you from retracing your steps, is preventing you from going back to a situation to say sorry, is preventing you from doing the thing that feel right for you, you can do the following meditation:
Feel your emotions, feel your sorrow about missed opportunities, feel the hurt you feel when you realize what you have done towards yourself and the other. Realize it all, then wrap your hands and arms around you, hum to yourself like a mother bear is rocking her cop, and say to yourself, I was wrong, but I forgive myself. I release myself of these feelings, every moment is a new moment. I learn from this situation. I ask the violet flame to come and clear this feeling, to transmute it into love for myself and the other one who was involved in the situation. I am free now. And so it is. Go and look at yourself in a mirror, see how beautiful you are with tears in your eyes, freedom in your vibration. Say: "I love myself" to yourself in the mirror.

Daily forgiveness
Now that is set and done, we can go on with a daily exercise at the end of the day. Every time when you lay your body to rest in bed, so your spirit can fly and soar to us and other places, before you close your eyes, you can do the following meditation:
Lay in bed, retrace the day, feel if there is any residue of regret, ideas of wrong doings, guilt, shame, worries about your behavior towards others and so on. Just acknowledge them, feel where you collect these items inside your body, and wrap them into a storage box. Visualize the storage box as firmly closed, and give it to the violet flame, see it transmute into love energy for every energy is love in the form you choose for it. Feel, know or see the energy showering upon you like a gentle spring shower of rain, and feel all the places where you had stored the feelings filling up with this nice warm loving energy of yours. Wrap yourself in a blanket of love, thank your guardian angels for their work during the day, ask them polite to stay at your side, your body and your spirit, when you go to sleep. Thank yourself for the gift you gave yourself during the day and thank yourself for the beautiful gift you will give yourself tomorrow. Good night.

Serious forgiving meditation
With the little things in life forgiven and forgotten life is much easier to bear. Now it is time for the serious forgiving meditation. Don?t think you don?t need it. As long as you are raised and living in a debt, guilt, karmic, pay and repay country, society, you will need this one.

Before you start this mediation, contemplate on the situation you like to forgive yourself for. Contemplate on the situation you like to have forgiven by others. Make sure you set your intention firm for this meditation. If you don?t have a situation, it doesn?t matter, the intention to forgive yourself and ask for forgiveness is also fine.

Make yourself comfortable. Start the meditation with seeing or feeling or knowing yourself being surrounded by beautiful smoothing colors and energies. See the colors around you, feel them. Feel yourself secure, safe, and at home. See in these colors the hand of the mother reaching out to you. The heavenly and earthly mother are waiting for you with arms to hold you. As you go to them to hug them, they take you along to your own heart, within and to the door of the medicine home, the healing home of your inner being. With the asking for help meditation, you were already there.
You recognize the door, you recognize the entrance. Here the heavenly mother and earthly mother are handing you over to the medical staff of the healing home. These staff, you feel acquainted with, they take you along to a reformation counseling and hearing auditorium. Here you find your guardians, your guide, your team players in the situation you like to forgive. If you didn?t have a situation in your mind in the beginning, see you being placed within a cocoon with big bulbs of light around you. See the bulbs start to glow and shine directly upon you. The light is surrounding you, shining through you, look if there is an imagine, a picture coming into your minds eye, a feeling into awareness, a memory, a reminder. Feel, see and know the whole situation of what you did. Ask, if you dare, to feel the point of view of the other one involved, the pain, the hurt of what you did. Feel how the light of the bulbs are changing in attitude. They are shifting into a loving, healing, understanding light. With this light upon you, you feel ready to ask the ones attending the meeting to join your hands and make up a circle. You step outside the cocoon. You hold your arms wide open and invited them to come, with the following words: I was wrong, I caused pain, I ask for forgiveness so we can step into the light as new with no burdens hindering us anymore, will you come?
The ones attending the meeting are the ones who are there to release the burden with you, that?s why they are there with you. They come to you and take your hand.
With a circle formed with the ones you asked for forgiveness, you ask for the violet flame to be in the center of your circle. Together you step inside the flame. Together you are in the flame and the flame transmutes the anger, sadness, sorrow, and all the feelings coming with the situation which needed to be forgiven, into light, love and compassion for each other.
You all can stay a bit in the flame, dance, swim, let yourselves twirl up and down as you enjoy the flame. You can also decide to step outside the flame and feel yourself refreshed, at ease and free of the burden you took along with you so long.
When it feels right, you step outside the flame. See the other in the eye and say thank you for forgiving me. Accept their thank you for healing them. Turn to your guides, guardians and other helpers, say thank you for their assistance. With the medical staff you walk to the entrance of the building, meanwhile listen if they have some tips, advice on how you should treat yourself the first couple of hours after this session.
See how the heavenly mother and the earthly mother are waiting upon you in a pasture full with blossoms. They ask you to pick as much as you want to take along with you. Enjoy picking them, look at the colors you take along with you, the shape of the flowers, the scent of them. When you are ready you are guided back to your altar in the heart of your heart. Here you offer the flowers to yourself. With a big hug and fond kisses the heavenly mother and earthly mother leave you. Now it is up to you, what you wish. Do you want to go to your garden, your inner child to play along with or do you wish to go back to your normal living?
Just do as you feel like, and with the other meditations already given to you, you know how to go from here to the place you like to visit.

When you are back in normal living life, say thank you to yourself for the great gift you have given yourself. Treat yourself kind, with pleasure and don?t forget to drink lots of water.

Forgiving others
Most of the people are only interested in that they should get an apology from others. As for energy work, it is most important to work on yourself. It is more accurate to forgive yourself for your role in the situation. If you didn?t feel yourself helpless, frustrated, angry and you didn?t feel your self value lessened by this kind of behavior by the other, nothing should have to be forgiven. People have the freedom to do whatever they do. You have the freedom to be and feel what you like to feel, experience etc. The only trouble is, that if you take advantage of their behavior, you feel hurt by their behavior, you should forgive yourself. It is also your doing in the situation, that you are in the position to experience and put the guilt upon you and the other. An abused child needs to forgive her/himself for his feelings during the abusing treatment before he or she can forgive the abuser. So in this situation start with the forgive yourself meditation, maybe ask for a forgiveness healing scene without the other if you aren?t ready for that. Or leave it to your guides, guardians and soul and to what they feel is right for you.

Then extend the meditation with, if you are ready for forgiving the other one, part of the situation:
(The best time to start this part of the meditation is as you step out the violet flame yourself. So you are free and energized with love to do the next part.)
Say: I just have forgiven myself and healed myself. I like to give forgiveness as a present to the other player in this situation, named: ?...
Please, guides, healing team (whatever is in your neighborhood), provide me with the right place, the right person or his/her higher self so I can give forgiveness to him/her/them.
See where you are taken. Maybe it is the setting of the situation, maybe a forest, only you will know and see. Trust, that were you are at that moment, is the right place for forgiveness. See the other one coming to this place, look into the eyes (if possible) and say: I forgive you what you did (an explanation would be fine). Then offer your forgiveness in the true quality of the violet flame, so you are being freed of your blaming, hurt and transferred to light, and the other one can transmute his or her part of the weight to light. Whether the other one is accepting the violet flame given out of forgiveness isn?t important. The gift is given and the opening to reduce the weight is available. This flame will be there until the other one will use it, this life, after life, it doesn?t matter. The love which the flame represents is important, and it is your doing to give it.
The other one may continue to put the blame on her/him self, it doesn?t matter. Forgiving is a one way street. You give it and accept it to yourself, and that is your only responsibility.
If the other one is willing to accept the violet flame of forgiveness, you can ask to join hands and step into the flame and do your dance together. It is also a possibility to look both at the situation and exchange whatever both of you wanted to learn from it. It is also possible that you both look at each other and see the contracts relevant to this situation. In that occasion, declare the contracts to be fulfilled and free each other of this burden.
There are many possibilities to develop the situation, depending on the free will of you, the possibilities and the degree of healing at that moment. It is also possible that you come back several times to meet the same person before all is healed and freed.
End the situation with: I bless you on your road, go in peace. Thank you.

Say thank you to your guides, healing team, and all who have helped you in this situation. You may take a rest into a love bath, a love shower, or go to your inner garden for some relaxation.
