Circular Breath Exercise

This exercise is a good one for feeling your entire body. It is also advisable to use this as a daily starter for the day (instead of your coffee or your black tea).

Make yourself comfortable, sit with a straight back or lie on your bed. Here we go.
Breathe in through your nose or nose and mouth together. Keep your attention focused on your breath. Breathe out. Focus your attention on how the air is going. How does it feel? Feel it inside your nose, inside your throat, feel it going down into your lungs (they are a big pair of bellows pulling the air in). Feel the reaction of your lungs to the air.

Let go of the air, feel the lungs like a pair of big bellows push the air outside. They let go of the air very gently, so you can feel the air going through your throat, through your mouth, into the air. Feel the different quality of the air going in and the air going out.

When you have done this several times it is good to focus on your coccyx or base-chakra. With every in-breath you are pulling the energy and the quality of mother Earth inside you, with every out-breath you release the energy through your heart-chakra.

When you feel connected, at ease with this kind of breathing, go to your crown-chakra or crown. With every in-breath you are pulling the energy and the quality of the great central Sun inside you, with every out-breath you release the energy through your heart-chakra.

When you feel connected, at ease with this kind of breathing, see how the energies are dancing and mixing in your heart-chakra. See how the energies you breath out are mixed in harmony, see them filling your aura with a dancing dazzling energy in the exactly right colors you need for today.
Stay a while with this kind of breathing, towards mother Earth and towards the great central Sun. Feel yourself as the beloved child of both worlds. In the matter, raised and sustained by the matter and inhabited by the energy of God, the Source, the All.

With every breath in, feel the inspiration, guidance flowing to you.
With every breath out, feel your putting guidance, inspiration into manifestation.

Again, when you feel connected, at ease with this kind of breathing, see the energies dancing around you. See how these dancing energies are flowing from your heart-chakra to the other chakras. The fountain of your heart-chakra (out breath) is giving way to the energies going back to you, through the other chakras (in breath). See it happen, keep on breathing. See the rainbow colors of the fountain, see how the colors are going to the exact right chakras where they are needed. Feel how the energy is bubbling and dancing inside you and outside you. Feel what the energies are doing to the different chakras.

When you are adjusted and at ease with this kind of breathing, feel how the energy of your heart-chakra is flowing inside your body. See the energy going to your toes, your legs, your knees and bottom, hips, genitals, intestines, belly, kidneys, liver, spleen, stomach and your arms, hands, elbows, shoulders, heart, lungs, muscles, neck, head and hair. See it go to your entire body.

With every breath in, you see or feel the energy go through your body like a wave that can?t be stopped. With every breath out you see the energy be refreshed, so with every breath in the wave can go further and further until you are completely filled with this energy.

See how the energy spray out of your toes, and out of your fingertips, out of your crown, with every breath out. Feel how every breath in is feeding the wave for this outburst of energy. This wave of energy is connecting with the energy coming from your heart-chakra, and this way it is flowing back to you with every in breath, through your other chakras.

When you are at ease with this kind of breathing, and all the other kinds of breathing are still in working order (give it a check), see how the energy of the wave mixes with the energy entering you through your chakras, see the dance, see the different colors inside you, feel what the energy is doing to you.

When you feel energized, at ease, and awake, say thank you to all the energy coming to you. Feel you are a bubble of energy, feel you are in a bubble of energy. Know that this bubble of energy is your home, your way of being. Know that only what is coming for the highest good of all will enter your bubble of energy and know that all will come to you what you have invited to come to you.

If it is needed, you can start to do some healing energy work on yourself. Or knowing your connection with all there is, you can start your day. For you are God, God energies put into action.
