Hello all, this is me Ashtar again. I know you were keeping yourself busy with other tasks, luckily you have time left now for a meditation. (Ashtar is talking to and about the channel here, mainly... ;-). Red.) This is a meditation for people like you, who are busy with other tasks and don't make time for balancing themselves with a meditation. It is common practice in western society to give more attention to distractions then to the inner and salvation side of life.

Here we go.

 

Whenever you have time, are waiting, are angry, or whatever:

take a deep breath.

Take another one.

Take another one.

Just let every outbreath go with a soft whistle, and if you don't dare to do that, just feel the flow of air through your lips when you make an "O" with your mouth.

Next to it, feel your heart inside you, or attempt to feel it.

Say to yourself: I am connected with my Heart. I am at peace. I am at home in my heart, in my God self. I am loved beyond measurement.

 

Whenever you feel some tension somewhere, your feet are tapping or your arms and fingers are moving without any reason or task, it might be wise to do the following:

take a deep breath.

Take another one

And take another one.

Just let every outbreath go with a soft whistle, and if you don't dare to do that, just feel the flow of air through your lips when you make an "O" with your mouth.

Say to yourself: I am relaxed. I feel the reason for my tension, for my stress, and I let go of it. I ask the violet flame of light, accompanied by the sword to assist me in letting go of this tension.

Give yourself a big hug, feel yourself being freed of the tension and start to feel more in alignment with your Self, your God inside you and the flow of your life.

Be sure to do the "getting in tune with the flow of life meditation" when you come home. With these symptoms you are definitely out of flow and out of touch with what your body needs for balance in your life.

 

When you are in a hurry, in a drive, and nothing and absolutely nothing may hinder you, may ask for attention for you are in the working mood, the drive to get things done, this is a sign that you are out of touch with your environment, you are single-focused and not aware of the God outside you. Just a sign of being out of touch. (I know you like to accomplish things, but a better planning would be advisable).

Say to yourself: Relax. Relax?

Look around, focus your attention on a plant, a tree or an animal. See the God in this view. Connect with it and feel the life flowing inside the plant, the tree and the animal. Acknowledge the God in the animal, say thank you for being. Say to yourself: thank you for being. See that the rush is just a rush outside you, inside everything is quiet. Get in touch with the inside of you, with the Godself of you. Take another deep breath and release the hurry, the haste and the drive.

Start to do your task with full attention and with connection with your outside God, your environment.

 

When you are depressed, sad, unhappy and bothered by other gloomy feelings.

Again., take a deep breath,

take another one,

and another one.

Just let every outbreath go with a soft whistle, and if you don't dare to do that, just feel the flow of air through your lips when you make an "O" with your mouth.

Say to yourself: I feel myself, I am a child of God, for I am God. Visit your heart and feel that what you have said is true.

Stay there until you feel that everything has passed and you are connected with your heart again.

If necessary ask for the violet flame or take an energy bath with pink loving energy. Ask some angels to assist you when you feel like it.

 

When you feel bored, if you don't like what you are doing, if you like to have some distraction to feel life again. Some people will go to an entertainment park, the movies, watch TV or whatever they do to not feel the dull task of living in their lives anymore.

Say to yourself: I love life. I see a meaning to whatever I do at this moment. This task will give me fulfillment and a feeling of satisfaction. Of course you won't feel it, because you won't believe it. That's why it is good to do the task that you are doing with full attention, with an awareness so you feel every muscle in your body moving. When you give your full attention to a task, no task is boring anymore. It was just a trick of your mind, to get you out of the now. Taking full responsibility in life has nothing to do with being bored, dull and wasting time. Everything is what you make of it.

 

If you have a full head with lots of chattering thoughts, ideas, views of the road and other distractions.

Just let every outbreath go with a soft whistle, and if you don't dare to do that, just feel the flow of air through your lips when you make an "O" with your mouth.

Watch your thoughts, when ever one appears or a view or memory or an idea of a task unfinished, say "next". Meanwhile, connect with your heart, breathe in your heart and stay connected with and centered in your heart. If you do this often, it becomes an instant way of being and that is a good thing.

If it is hard to let go of a daily work, lot of impressions, a meditation before you go to sleep, during your changing of tasks it is a good idea. After all, it is just your mind being occupied with idle thoughts.

 

Most people won't think of the next one. So if you are overwhelmed by pleasure, with joy, drowning in tears of gratitude, or laughing very hard, you are off your center also. The joy of being God, the joy and love of being connected is soft and gentle, filling and breathing in you. It is not taking you over and giving you no change to feel connected.

So if you feel disconnected by these great feelings of laughing, joy and so on, think about the following:

take a deep breath,

and another one.

Say to yourself: I give thanks to myself for this pleasure. I give thanks to myself for this creation. I gave thanks to myself for I have shown myself as being God, being a creative God in creation. With this you make a connection to your heart and you might be able to transform this energy of abundance without a solid ground beneath its feet, to an energy wave of love and expression of love, a radiation of love from inside out. So you take it inside you, transform it with your god energy and you radiate it. In this way you are the master of what happened, and the enjoyment is not temporary but grounded and long lasting.
