Basic relaxing meditation.

Hello All, It is always good to revisit a good meditation. This one is the one I gave you in the first book, called Base. Here we go:

 

Take a deep breath and see how you sit on your chair. Is this a healthy way for sitting?
Change position, if necessary.

Take another deep breath and see if you are able to feel some tension inside you. Where does the tension reside in you body? Can the tension be neutralized by thinking: relax? Or does it need to tell you something? Just ask and feel. May-be you want to tense your muscle and let it relax for 3 times to get a relaxation for that part of your body. Send a color to the tension place, ask which one. Sometimes it is a question about accepting, so say it out loud. If these simple tools don't work, think to ask advice from your guardian angels, attend a tension management course or see a healthy doctor (one with herbs, light techniques and so on) Yoga lessons will do if you have looked after the inner being who isn't found and who isn't at ease.

Take another deep breath and switch of the light in your mind, lower the volume of your thoughts or set the power break of your thought on free or zero. With some exercising this will do.

Take another deep breath, say hello to the inner you. Just let the sounds of your hello resound at your inside.

Take another deep breath and say to your self: I am at home. Feel it this way (or at least try it).

Take another deep breath and find the stairs down to the deeper you.

Take another deep breath and knock on the door you will find, and ask to be let inside.

Take another deep breath and step inside, say thanks for the favor of getting inside.

Take another deep breath and look around, see what's already there and what isn't.

You inner self can be seen where you are now as a landscape. You can see little houses, the violet flame, a transdimensional port to invite visitors, refreshing water, a temple, mountains, deserts and much more. Your loved ones can be invited to live there (actually they already live there, but it is possible you can't see them).

What do you like to ad? What needs some attendance? What needs some resurrection? What do you enjoy?

If you make it a beautiful landscape, where you feel yourself at ease, at rest, relaxed, safe? With time and love you give it and love you feel while being there, you can make it a blessed place for yourself.

The best way to make a blessed place is to invite your SOUL, your divine spark to live there and feed the fountain of love so the water of it is able to go to the rest of your body and you can feel the water floating around you, out of you, as a well that never fails you.

Go and search for the loved ones in your life. Love never dies. This is your place of love, this is the place where love resides, your well of love. Your love for them has made them a house in your heart, in the very core heart of your being. This is the way God has made you a house inside his heart. This is the very reason that Jmmanuel could tell you that the heaven/ house of his father had many houses prepared for you.


As you are still within, you can start thinking about playing. Who do you like to invite and play with? Ask and imagine or let the feeling, the deeper feeling of the moment guide you.

After a while it is enough for the first visit.

Before you leave, just walk around and see if something is needed. You can find some pain places you need to work at, just register and promise (and keep your promise) that you will do it. This can be in different manners, in daily life or when you get back here.

If you have seen enough, felt enough, then you go to the temple and say thanks to all there is for your visit, your welcome, your time at this beautiful place. Never forget to give your appreciation and gratitude. If you don't do this and hurry away, you forget to bless the place, and you will eventually forget to come. It needs time, blessing and love to become your holy pace. Normally it is a desert, a waste empty land at your first visit. If you still treat it that way, running out of it because of your daily life occupations, then it will stay that way.

Then walk slowly to the entrance. You pushed the door open and with a last glance over your shoulder, you close the door. You see the stairs going up and up.

Take a deep breath and walk up the stairs.

Take another deep breath, to feel your heart (there is the beginning of the stairs).

Take a deep breath and start to feel the rest of your body.

Take a deep breath and say hello to your feet, your legs and give some of the love and quietness you experience within.

Say hello to your pelvis, coccyx, lower body) and give some of the love and quietness you experience within.

Say hello to your upper body, your lungs, your heart, and give some of the love and quietness you experience within.

Say hello to your arms, shoulders, neck and give some of the love and quietness you experience within.

Say hello to your head and face and give some of the love and quietness you experience within.

Say hello to you, everything that you are, everything that makes you you. Give some of the love and quietness you experience within.

Especially say hello to the parts you don't like, and give some of the love and quietness you experience within. Say I accept me totally as me. I accept this part of me, as being me, as being GOD, and I thank you for what you do, the blessings that you bring me, the lessons that you learn me.

Take a deep breath, thank your self for yourself, for your willingness to be here and now with these lessons, this love and your contribution to yourself, your contribution to everything there is to be yourself. Say I LOVE MYSELF. I HAVE EXPERIENCED THAT I AM LOVE. AND SO IT IS.

Take a deep breath, say hello to your eyes, give some of the love and quietness you experience within
and ask your eyes to shine this love, quietness, being at peace out to the world.

Come back regularly.
