Hi dears, long time no see, isnít it?

 

So let we start with another meditation this time. The next meditation is the one of letting go of everything.

 

See, in the middle of stress, living, working and so on, the only thing you have to do is let go of things.

You are, that is enough. And living, working from the stillness of being is just being and going with the flow. And yes you wonít become lazy, or idle, it is just a matter of timing, being and letting things go in more manners of speaking.

 

Let things go ................. stop the talk of your mind

Let things go ................. stop expecting

Let things go ................. stop feeling hurt

Let things go ................  stop the shouldís and shouldníts

Let things go ................. let things go with the flow

Let things go ................. let things be what they are

Let things go ................. let it be as it is

Let things go ................. stop judging

Let things go ................. live in the now

Let things go ................. it isnít as you perceive it

Let things go ................. donít hold it

Let things go ................. give freedom to your imagination

Let things go ................  act spontaneously

Let things go ................. just breath

Let things go ................. just be

Let things go ................. whatís the matter?

Let things go ................. all in its own time

Let things go ................. especially your past

Let things go ................. including pain

Let things go ................. who are you to be a leader?

Let things go ................. possessions donít count

Let things go ................. and all runs smoothly

Let things go ................. especially ego-matters

Let things go ................. everything you take offence at

Let things go ÖÖÖÖ. All the things you think you need to do

Let things go ................. responsibility for others

Let things go ................  caring for others

Let things go ................. diseases

Let things go ................. habits

Let things go ................. What is left? Let go!

                                                                                                                                     

Let things go is a very good habit. Just let things go. So why worry? Isnít it? So what? What about compassion, you wonít let that one go? When you are really living in your heart in the now moment, you donít need to worry about compassion. It is, just part of your heart, of the properties of living in your heart and being your heart. Being selfish isnít a habit of your heart. So when you see yourself acting selfishly, you have another ego matter to let go of.

 

Let things go is a good mantra in assistance to internal cleaning. Blockings, blocked ego matters, blocked energy, blocked memories, blocked pain, basic collections, all is good to let go off. This is the way of un-attachment, just let it go. When you are able to let it go and give it your good wishes, your blessing, you indeed are free just like Buddha said you should be.

 

So whenever time, impatience, stress, hurry, expectations, anger, hurt, diseases are involved you are just holding on to things youíd better let go. Especially ideas of being sick and the need of healing, recovering or coping with your disease, just let it go.

Now we have defined what the purpose and good is for and in the phrase: let things go.

Let we start with the meditation for this one.

 

As you should know, it is a very simple easy one (editor: this one goes with a smiley).

As soon as you notice that you are holding on to something, some one or ...

You just say:

ďWith my blessings, I just let it go.

I trust in my God nature and my connection with the Source.Ē

 

If you practise this enough, and donít get attached to this phrase (editor: LOL!), it works.

For the ones who have more problems with it, the following might work:

 

Sit relaxed upon a chair, see the things you want to hold dear to your heart, the thing you dearly want in life, the item you want to grasp.

Imagine that you want to grab it, claim it.

Then see that you have to choose between Light and happiness and the thing you dearly want.

What is of more worth to you?

Stop your arm, open both your arms, open your hands and your heart.

Say: I let go of my desire, of my need, of my haunt for this thing,

instead I invite light and happiness in my heart,

I let go and I accept the gift of life.

See the light moving close to you, almost in your heart.

See (feel, know) how the light in your heart jumps with joy at the recognition for what is inside you and what is outside you.

See how both these lights merge together,

There is no difference between the light outside you, the light inside you and you your self.

So let things go.

The importance of everything in your world is a non-issue when you look at the light, the love available for you. This is the illusion, so you can let go of all this and embrace the light in yourself.

 

Have a good time in practising and enjoying this process. And speaking on a personal note, let go of ideas is a very good one too for someone who is holding to it very dearly and asks himself many times when will something worthwhile come to change the world (for an easier life in the future) while the now is all you have. So when will you let go, and hug the now and live a joyous life which you appreciate in the now? Donít count your years, count your blessings and let both go.
