Dear all,

As life is an unfolding experience of perfection, I could sentence the idea that it isnít a pleasure sometimes and it isnít as perfect as you would wish it to be. Although life is a perfect manifestation of what you wish, it could rather be something different as you are able to wish something different. Before we are going to meditate on changing reality, it is a good thing to have the overview of the master so you are able to see the perfection of how life is unfolding in your life upon earth. If you have the overview, some things will be understandable, other things you like to adjust so they fit more into your life purpose of your soul, and sometimes you will understand your part of your ego and the eagerness to complain, mess and mold the right circumstances of the perfect life you could be leading if you wish it to be that way. I talk about perfect in the way of opportunities, learning moments, growth, possibilities to express love, living to the highest potential of your being in this life according to your soul and itís plans.

So let we go into meditation, so you will fly and see with the eye of the eagle the landscape of your life.

Connect yourself with the heart of mother Earth and the great central Sun. Feel this connection mingle within your heart. Just imagine or know that you are an eagle right now, feel the wings on your back, feel the wind ruffle your feathers. You are sitting right now on a mountain summit where your lair is. You step of the cliff, you spread your wings, and of you fly to look around the landscape where you are an inhabitant. Look around and look below, let the landscape unfold its beauty (or not) before your eyes. See the dark places, see the light places, see what is in every place. Donít make it up with your mind, just observe. The dark places will give you a clue about what is happening there. Some figures, some artifacts will give a clue. Watch out for thunderstorms, fly above them. You can communicate with every part of the landscape, so you are able to ask the thunderstorm why it is raving. See where a strong wind is blowing you outside your direction, where does it prevent you from going to? Or does it bring you to a place you donít want to be? What is it? What does it tell you, with a feeling, an image, a remark the next days, an encounter? Find a big tree and sit upon it. Look around. Are you happy with the view of your landscape? What kind of feeling does it give you? If you have looked enough, have raised questions, found maybe answers, go back to your lair for a nights rest.

At this moment in the meditation you might decide to go back to daily life or switch to the next phase of  the meditation.

What you did by day, you just do it again by night as an owl. For in the night your landscape can be different. The dark places can be the ones that will glow with splendor during the night. This will give you a clue of your strength during hard times. The beautiful places can be difficult to be seen, for in the night all things reveal themselves in the way they are. So easy beautiful places can be rubbish in the examination of the night. As always, some figures, some artifacts will give a clue. Watch out for thunderstorms, fly above it. You can communicate with every part of the landscape, so you are able to ask the thunderstorm why it is raving. See where a strong wind is blowing you outside your direction, where does it prevent you from going to? Or does it bring you to a place you donít want to be? What is it? What does it tell you, with a feeling, an imagine, a remark the next days, an encounter? Find a big tree and sit upon it. Look around, are you happy with the view of your landscape? What kind of feeling gives it to you? If you have looked enough, have raised questions, found maybe answers, go back to your lair for a well earned rest.

At this moment in the meditation you might decide to go back to daily life or switch to the next phase of  the meditation.

With the picture of your inner landscape in your mind during day and during night, you will have a good overview of how it is at this moment. The next moment, the next decision, it might be different, depending on the impact of the decision upon your life.

Imagine you are at the base of the mountain, you have traveled through a forest where you have encountered lots of animals every one with a voice. They are able to tell you what they are, where they live and if their living fits them. You might decide to start in the beginning of the forest to get this kind of information. You might decide to do this on another trip through your inner landscape meditation.

This is optional.

So you are at the base of the mountain. As you slowly walk up-hill, you see a path leading you to the most rocky place of the mountain, high above the tree-line. You start to walk this path. At the end of the path, around sunset, you see a cave. In front of this cave, the wise man lives. He leads you the way to his cave with a lantern. In this cave you share some food, the wise man gives your some tea or coffee, what you prefer. For you are expected. At the fire place you share your ideas, questions, answers of your inner landscape, your reconnaissance flights as the eagle and as the owl. The wise man just listens. Without a word he takes you inside the cave where he unrolls on the table the map of your landscape as it should be, or could be. Here you are able to see the difference between how you are right now, and how it could be, or what you have planned to be as your landscape. Notice the difference, see which items you are able to adjust. Maybe you donít know yet how to make a difference in your inner landscape. With the picture of how it could be, or how you planned it to be. You bow for the wise man, and you walk away down the mountain with the lantern to guide your steps. This lantern you take along with you, just as the pictures in your mind of your landscape and the picture of the map.

Open your eyes at this moment. You have the lantern to guide you, the pictures which give you an overview of who you are at this moment and what you would like to be according to your own plans as soul, as lightbeing.

Dwell with this knowledge for some time, take it along with you during the days and see how the lantern guides you to the answers, the right decisions. After a while go back as the eagle, the owl, and see how your life attitude changed the inner landscape. Visit the wise man in the cave, share his silent company and be grateful to see the map of the richest you can be in this life.

If you do this often, you will notice differences, meanings to imagines and hidden metaphors that will come into life for you. You will learn to speak the language of your inner landscape. In time you are aware of the changes and if they are for better or not and how to change them. The first start of a disease will be known by you and you will be able to correct it in daily life before it manifests in your life. Your inner landscape will have no problems finding a listener and a communicator in you.

With love,

                                                  Ashtar.
